In fact, it may be better to use your silver ring every single day, because that way you ensure that it does not oxidize, as the silver's movement with the skin wears it off. However, if your ring has started to oxidize (get dark spots), simply use a silver polishing cloth or use ordinary silver cleaner. Silver cleaner can be found in almost all supermarkets. If the stones in your ring have become dull to look at, simply put the ring in some warm water with soap. 2. Wrap it around the finger you’ll wear your ring on—if you’re creating a ring stack, consider where on your finger the ring will sit—and mark where it joins with a pen.
3. Lay your string or paper strip on a flat surface and measure the length up to the mark using a ruler. Use the chart above to match the measurement to the closest Abelstedt ring size.
