I love my new jewellery from Abelstedt!! The jewellery is even more beautiful in real life! The customer service is top-notch – there was a small problem with the clasp on a bracelet – I wrote on Wednesday evening, received a reply Thursday morning, and got a new bracelet delivered Friday morning along with a return label for the other bracelet. I will definitely buy jewellery from here again – in fact, I just did 🙂

There was a small flaw on one of the rings I ordered. It wasn't possible to fix the flaw without it being visible, and the ring was sold out in my size. I therefore received a really lovely gift as compensation, which was a very good solution. They are very focused on customer service and go to great lengths to resolve things one way or another. Very accommodating and quick to respond. The jewellery is truly beautiful and at reasonable prices.

Last summer, I bought an Oxford oval gold-plated ring, which unfortunately lost its gold plating after a year, and now 3/4 of a year later, it has started to lose the protective coating they gave it...
I contacted Abelstedt because I had never seen a ring that had started to crack, and I got in touch with the sweetest employee, who was really helpful - she sent me a new ring in pure silver instead, which looks just as beautiful as the golden one.

When I lost a stone in my ring, I contacted Vibholm, where I bought the ring. But since they no longer carry their brand, I wrote to Abelstedt (at 11 PM). I received a reply the very next morning, where they offered me a new ring for the same price.

I returned an otherwise incredibly beautiful ring over the summer. Unfortunately, it was visually too large for my hand. The summer passed, and I had not yet received a refund. I sent a single email to Abelstedt during the weekend, and by Sunday, I had already received a reply and an apology for the error. In April 2022, I bought a bracelet with an Equestrian charm.
After only a few uses, the clasp started to open. I brought this to Abelstedt's attention in June 2022. They replied that "the small silver clasp can be a bit fragile, as it is very thin, and silver is as soft as gold and white gold. So try gently pushing it up or down, depending on which direction it has been pushed out of shape."
The small clasp is very thin and fragile, but I tried gently pushing it back into place without breaking it. However, this did not work, so the bracelet was sent for repair. I got it back and was told that "our goldsmiths have pulled it up a little on one side, as it had been pushed down. You just need to push it back into place if it loosens again."
I am very dissatisfied with having a bracelet that cost about DKK 2,000 that cannot be kept closed without constantly having to push it back into place, and especially because Abelstedt does not acknowledge the problem.
So, if you are considering buying an Equestrian bracelet from Abelstedt, be aware of the problem with the clasp mechanism.

Last year, I bought a ring that I wanted to exchange for a larger size.
Time and again, I was promised by email that it would arrive within x number of weeks.
But each time I was told it still hadn't arrived.
So I ended up sending it back.
After a year, I discovered that the ring was finally back in stock, and I quickly ordered it in the correct size.
When I receive it, I can really see that it feels and looks smaller.
I go to a goldsmith, who confirms that the ring is not the size I ordered.
I contact Abelstedt again, who tell me that the ring in my size is sold out!
Why on earth is it on your website - and why do you send the wrong size under the pretext that it is the correct size?
It's just pathetic customer service.

We ordered wedding rings on November 4th around 3:30 PM. The website states that if you order before 4 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. The delivery time for the rings was 1-3 business days.
However, the tracking information showed that our package was registered with PostNord on November 5th, but the items were not shipped from the seller.
I contacted the seller via email on November 9th. Only 5 days after ordering, our rings were received. We were just lucky that we still received the rings before our wedding.

It's been 14 days since I sent in my ring, and I still haven't received a different size back.
I was promised by email from Oliver at Abelstedt that my package would be there by the weekend, but it still only shows as registered on PostNord's app, just like last time, when I didn't receive the package, but it ended up with another person.
They also don't answer the phone when you call, or reply to the email I sent.
