Each gemstone ring in gold and white gold requires 20 days of crafting time. After receiving your order, our crafters in Hong Kong will start the journey of your new ring. Every ring is unique and crafted exclusively for you. Of course, this doesn’t mean that we don’t offer 30 days of return. We will offer free returns of your gemstone ring. Please send us an email, and we will email you a return label, free-of-charge, and no questions asked.

We make sure that all rings are free from any manufacturing defects for the life of your new ring. Each ring is carefully checked before shipment. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us and we will inspect it immediately. If your ring is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the ring immediately.

The ring box is safely placed in an elegant presentation box where you will find your receipt and merchandise such as the famous little Abelstedt Travel Pouch and more. Our insured shipping cardboard box won’t slip away what’s inside. Your package is shipped with discreet packaging so both the post office and your beloved won’t notice what’s inside.
Get a personalized message engraved to your ring. Each style in our gemstone collection can be engraved with letters, a date, or a cute message of love. Engraving will be at our expense. We will contact you after purchase to hear what personalized phrase you would like in your ring.

And if the size is unfortunately not the correct one, don’t let the question of that stress you out. We provide free resizing of your ring within our recommended sizing range during the year after your purchase.

Of course, you can.
We are pleased to offer any upgrade you may like. Whether it involves a diamond instead of sapphire, a bigger sapphire, or anything else. We can at any time also exchange the size for a larger size in the future if it gets too small or too big.
